Shake it Off!
What is a Lulav and how do you shake it?
On Sukkot, we gather the leaves or fruit of four species which are four special kinds of plants that grow in Israel: Palm, Willow, Myrtle and Etrog. We put the leafy plants together in one bundle called the lulav in one hand and the citrus fruit, the etrog, in the other. We hold the lulav with the etrog and shake all four species in 6 directions.

Even if you don't have your own Lulav and Etrog, you can still practice shaking.
